A few 3rd-year students from our Cosmetology program went to take their Stateboard Practical Test recently, and our students Audrie Freeman and Lydia Coker passed their tests! With this achievement, and hard work in the Cosmetology classroom the past few years, they have both met the qualifications to become Licensed Cosmetologists. This is an amazing accomplishment for both girls and we could not be more proud of them!
GED classes right here in our community! Classes are open to anyone interested in earning their high school equivalency diploma and building a brighter future.

The Fighting Eagle Band has qualified to advance to the UIL Area Marching Competition!
We will celebrate with a display from the Eagle Band's Competition Show
and an exit parade for Aurora with first responder escort!
We invite the families of these amazing students to be present for the Send-off event.

Today, Superintendent Warren rounded up our incredible Student Council officers and headed to Seton Ascension Hospital to serve as official judges in their annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest!
The students took their role VERY seriously. Not only did they help choose the top pumpkins, but they also represented Luling ISD with pride!

At the October meeting of the Luling ISD Board of Trustees, we had the pleasure of recognizing outstanding students and staff members who continue to make a positive impact across our district.
